Colour Create #4

What a lovely colour combo from Colour Create this week, which is Pink and Grey. I love these two colours together. I have made a card very similar to one that I created for Stamp Addicts' recent 'Judith' TV show, check out Sarah's blog here for more card ideas from the design team..

Enjoy your week and thanks for looking.

Colour Create 3 - Red, White & Blue

Ooh, a tough one from Colour Create this week, especially with the optional extra of travel. The main colour theme is Red, White & Blue and here's my entry.

Thanks for looking and happy crafting.

Penny Black week 36 - Here's to Carbs!

Hi there, Happy Valentines Day. Don't the weeks just fly by, have not posted much this week but found time this morning to do the Penny Black Challenge. A lovely sketch from Nat so here's my entry. I did add a Happy Birthday to the top right hand corner as my card did not look colour balanced. Hope that OK.
Thanks for looking

Colour Create #2

Loving the new Colour Create Challenge, really makes you think. Anyway, here's my entry for this week, the colour theme is Peach and Aqua with an added option of DIY flowers, not shop bought. I have made my paper flowers and I first saw these done on Julie Buhler's blog. The centre brads were a gift from Glenda (Aardvarkpest).
Thanks for looking.

Penny Black Romance

Last Sunday I went to the Stevenage Stamparama, dropped off my assignment to Stamp Addicts, and bought quite a few Penny Black stamps, all of them a bargain with many different themes, so there is no reason for me not to do the Saturday Challenge. Here is my entry this week which is, of course, Romance. Incidentally, the new Stamp Addicts show, which is due to air on Create and Craft on Saturday, 21st February, is featuring 'Stamps by Judith'. It'll be worth a watch.

Thanks for looking.

Friday Sketchers - You've Got Mail

Hi there, I'm back for the Friday Sketchers and I have used two of the stamps that I purchased from Stevenage last weekend. The dog is a Penny Black and the 'You've Got Mail' sentiment is from Impression Obsession. The Manila panel to the left I have made into a envelope which holds the message.
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend.

Sketch and Stash #3

Hello everyone.

Here's my entry for Sketch and Stash #3. The cardstock is from my stash. It was a wonderful buy from Costco last year, you got 300 sheets of double sided 12" x 12"cardstock in a zipped carrier with an accordion folder inside. In fact, I bought two so that I did not run out.

Thanks for looking.

Colour Create #1

There's a new blog just launched to inspire you all, Colour Create. Each week they give you a colour palette to work with plus an extra option to take on board if you wish. This week the colours are Pink, Green and Brown, so here's my creation, I have taken on board the extra option which is Butterflies.

Thanks for looking.
